Here is a portion the 3 mile loop in my neighborhood, in the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach, on recovery days between lifting.
Deadlifts are one of my favorite lifts as it incorporates the whole body for function strength gains. 375#
Pull-ups are great for you back. I prefer underhand grip as this is also good for the biceps.
Bench press in one of my favorite exercises. In high school I struggled to press 135 even 1 rep. With little experience, alot of pushups, and bench work I am now pushing 225# for 4-6 reps. 245# is my 1 rep max. 315# here we come.
Chesapeake Beach is a great place to walk/run. I enter @ Bouy 44 near the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel and jog to the Lesner Bridge and back, it's approx. 4mi @ 11 minute pace.
This in an extended video showing much of my workout without editing down to a short. Starting off with 125# bicep curls, and leg extensions, followed by bench press and deadlifts. You also see me wave to and eventually dap my son on his way to bed.
Bench, deadlift, dips, and pullups make up the bulk of my weight training.
